How Idea Reservoir Works

Idea Reservoir is an Internet based idea management service that allows teams to access and write to the Idea Reservoir database. 

No software or support is needed on your system.

There are two distinct service areas; users and administrative. The user service area allows users to access all the features of Idea Reservoir. The administrative service area allows your organization's designated administrator to manage administrative tasks.

• When you sign up for Idea Reservoir your own private database and administrative passwords are assigned. You can change your password at any time. You do not share your database with any other organization (even within your own company).
• The Administrator establishes unique user passwords for access and security.
• The administrator can add or delete users, change passwords, control user's ability to print documents and control user's ability to alter financial information for their ideas.
• The administrator can change financial labels, idea category labels, and idea status labels to customize Idea Reservoir for your organization.
• Training overheads are provided when you sign up for Idea Reservoir so you can quickly and easily train your people how to use Idea Reservoir.
• An online help menu guides users through any questions they might have about how to use Idea Reservoir.
• Encouraging quotes regarding innovation appear each time a user signs on.
